A child in the Czech zoo bitten by a lynx
A five-year-old child in a zoo in Pilsen bitten a trot by the hand. The doctors examined the boy and transported him to the traumatology department of the faculty hospital. This was reported by the press secretary of the ambulance Martin Breiha.
A spokesman for the zoo Martin Vobruba confirmed the incident. According to him, the child or his parents violated the rules of visiting the zoo, since the lynx could not run out of the pen and injure people. The case is being investigated by the police.
According to Wobruba, the child was bitten by a red lynx in the North American part of the zoo. Under what circumstances this happened, he did not specify.
According to ČTK, the child most likely crossed the fence and went to the fence of the pen to touch the lynx. The police will consider why the adult accompanying the boy did not show the proper level of responsibility.
